Privacy Policy

We consider your privacy to be very important. All information provided by you is kept strictly confidential. Under no circumstances will any of your information be disclosed to a third party, without your permission except in connection with a mortgage or life assurance application that you make. The information you pass to us is held on a secure, password protected server. Only authorised personnel may access it. We do allow our compliance advisers, auditors and the Mortgage Council Register of Intermediaries, to view information in accordance with the due process of the law.

If you arrange a plan through us, your details will be maintained by us for a minimum of six years. You are entitled, under the Data Protection Act, to see a copy of any information we hold on you. We are happy to supply such information to you upon written request but may make an administration charge for such provision.

We are also governed & licenced by the Data Protection Act and the Consumer Credit Act. For security reasons the licence numbers are not shown on the internet, however they are available upon request.
